Job Requirements
- Certification as a paramedic by the Texas Department of Health
- BTLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record if operating emergency vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physically demanding work and stressful situations
- Prior emergency response or medical transport experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Certified as a paramedic by the Texas Department of Health

- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage physically demanding tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Prior experience in emergency response or medical transport preferred
Job Duties
- Assess patient condition and determine appropriate medical care based on clinical guidelines
- Administer emergency medical care, including CPR, oxygen administration, and other life-saving interventions
- Transport patients safely and efficiently, ensuring continuous monitoring and support en route
- Operate emergency vehicles safely and in compliance with state laws and organizational policies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interactions
- Ensure equipment and supplies are clean, functional, and ready for use at all times
- Maintain professionalism, respect patient confidentiality, and uphold patients' rights
- Coordinate care with hospital staff, dispatch, and fellow emergency personnel
- Adhere to safety protocols and facility procedures
