Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an EMT-P training course approved under Arizona 9 A.A.C. 25, Articles 2, 4, and 5
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 days
- ADHS Paramedic Certification or Arizona State Certified
- Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide and collaborate direct patient care services under supervision
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Monitor vital signs and intake and output
- Initiate peripheral intravenous and perform phlebotomy
- Administer medications under licensed supervision
- Assist with patient transport and maintain a safe environment
- Observe and report changes in patient condition and document care accurately
