Job Requirements
- Three years of experience as a Paramedic in an emergency department and/or emergency pre-hospital setting
- Ability to function in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or GED required within one year of hire
- Graduation from accredited Paramedic Training Program recognized by Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
- Current registered Paramedic with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
- Ability to exert up to 50lbs of force occasionally, 20lbs frequently, and 10lbs constantly
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide safe and effective patient care within scope of practice
- Function under direction of hospital-based Medical Director
- Follow the Medical Director's scope of practice determined by Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
- Collaborate as part of the healthcare team to decide patient care interventions
- Deliver quality care and service to meet healthcare needs of patients and families
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient care
- Adhere to established protocols and administrative policies
