Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid state EMT-P certification/EMS license
- must maintain EMS license throughout employment
- current CPR and first aid certifications
- completion of ACLS course
- at least two years of EMT/paramedic experience
- able to respond to after-hours injuries via pager
- knowledge of HIPAA and PHI compliance
- ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- good clerical and administrative skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop, coordinate and implement a comprehensive injury and illness prevention program for employees
- administer prescribed first-aid treatment at site of emergency or in specially equipped vehicle
- act as liaison between employee/employer and Concentra Onsite Medical Center
- provide physical conditioning and wellness training to employees
- conduct CPR, first aid, and bloodborne pathogens training
- conduct alcohol and urine drug screening according to regulations
- determine nature and extent of illness or injury, establish first aid procedures, and arrange additional assistance as needed
