Job Requirements
- Ability to lift or push objects weighing over 40 lbs
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- Comfortable conversing with customers
- Frequent immersion of hands in water and chemical cleaning solutions
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Follow recipes and product directions for proper food preparation
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart
- Prepare appropriate equipment for cooking
- Operate kitchen utensils and equipment used for weighing, measuring, mixing, washing, peeling, cutting, grinding, stirring, straining, slicing, assembling and kneading of food products
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and checking temperature of products
- Receive and inventory food and beverage product and supplies
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
