Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years culinary experience
  • Strong knowledge of cooking temperatures
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Experience in high-volume kitchens
  • Ability to work full availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to cover PM and AM shifts
  • Prior Garde Manger experience preferred
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Set up and perform preparation work for food items including soups, sauces, salads, etc.
  • Stock and maintain designated food stations
  • Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
  • Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Assist and prepare food for the kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
