You will be expected to support the line check process, complete preparation sheets during each shift, and prepare all necessary station items. This role requires a strong commitment to food safety by practicing and teaching proper sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and kitchen equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the correct temperature of all equipment and performing opening, closing, and side work duties for your station.
