Pantry Cooks are vital team members responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and station maintenance within the Pantry section of the kitchen. Cooks are expected to uphold safe and sanitary practices when handling kitchen tools and equipment, maintain proper temperature controls, and perform opening, closing, and side work duties associated with their station.

- assure timely preparation of salads and desserts
- support the line check process
- complete prep par sheets each shift
- prepare necessary items for Pantry station
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment
- perform station opening, closing and side work duties each shift
