- previous experience or training in food preparation of one to three months
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- commitment to maintaining food safety standards

Job Duties
- prepare all salads and desserts promptly at the Pantry station
- uphold highest standards of food quality sanitation and organization
- support line check process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare necessary items for the station and ensure safe and sanitary handling of equipment and surfaces
- maintain proper temperatures of all equipment
- complete station opening and closing duties and other side work each shift
