This position is ideal for individuals with a background in culinary tasks or related cooking roles, who possess fundamental knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation principles. Candidates should be aware of sanitation practices and food safety regulations, hold or be willing to obtain essential food safety certification, and demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills. While a high school diploma or equivalent is recommended, it is not mandatory, allowing opportunity for passionate learners committed to advancing their culinary careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Aramark also provides extensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off including parental leave and disability benefits, and resources to support work-life balance. The company supports employee development through comprehensive training programs, leadership workshops, and online learning platforms designed to foster professional growth and career advancement.
