Sand Point Country Club is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join their Food and Beverage Team. These positions are available on both full-time and part-time basis, offering shifts ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week. The bartenders will primarily serve club members in a vibrant setting that includes bar, casual dining, and fine dining restaurant options. Compensation starts at $25 per hour, with opportunities for increase based on experience. The club operates as a non-tipping establishment, prioritizing a professional and equitable work environment. Shift schedules include weekday lunch and evening shifts from Tuesday through Friday, as well as breakfast, lunch, and evening shifts during weekends.

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of bartending experience
  • Availability for 20-30 hours per week
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Friday lunches and evenings
  • Ability to work weekends including breakfast, lunch, and evening shifts
  • Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for long periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
