- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- previous full-service restaurant experience preferred
- experience using POS systems
- barista and food-handling experience required
- strong knowledge of coffee, tea and smoothies
- physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences
- gain menu knowledge and provide recommendations
- engage in casual conversation to create the Palm Court experience
- prepare outlet and maintain a sanitary environment
- ensure side work responsibilities align with F and B standard operating procedures
- maintain presence in Palm Court at all times to offer products and services
- arrive on time, dressed in uniform with name tag
- anticipate and serve guest requirements before requests
- maintain supplies needed for service
- keep work area neat and organized
- complete opening and closing side work
- report complaints to manager immediately
- cooperate with team members and demonstrate flexibility and positive attitude
- ensure floors are clean and free of debris
