Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with company grooming and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage guests in casual conversation
- Knowledge of menu offerings and ability to make recommendations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
Job Duties
- Ensure side work responsibilities and assignments are carried out according to food and beverage standard operating procedures
- Ensure an attendant is present at Palm Court at all times to offer products and services
- Arrive to work on time, dressed in full uniform and wearing name tag
- Anticipate and serve guest requirements before requests are necessary
- Provide guests with a comfortable and warm atmosphere by delivering high quality products and services through product knowledge and friendly demeanor
- Maintain supplies necessary for excellent service
- Keep station and work area neat and organized
- Complete opening and closing side work as assigned
- Advise manager of any complaints for immediate resolution
- Work cooperatively as part of a multi-unit team
- Ensure floors are swept or vacuumed and free of dirt and debris
