We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Paint Production Engineer to join our dynamic Paint Department team. This role is crucial to the advancement of our paint application and production processes, particularly within our Body Paint and Bumper Paint Departments. As a Paint Production Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of new materials, colors, and paint technologies. Your responsibilities will involve conducting lab workability testing and on-line evaluations to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Georgetown, KY, with opportunities for travel to locations in Mexico and Canada.
