We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Paint Production Engineer to join our dynamic Paint Department team. This role is crucial to the advancement of our paint application and production processes, particularly within our Body Paint and Bumper Paint Departments. As a Paint Production Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of new materials, colors, and paint technologies. Your responsibilities will involve conducting lab workability testing and on-line evaluations to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Georgetown, KY, with opportunities for travel to locations in Mexico and Canada. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Experience with color and appearance evaluations
- Hands-on experience in paint shop or automotive manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Georgetown, KY
- Willingness to travel to Mexico and Canada for work
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Strong project management skills with 3+ years of experience
- Expertise in color and appearance evaluations
- Hands-on experience in a paint shop or automotive manufacturing

Job Duties
