  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 20 percent monthly
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, reaching, moving, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Agility and stamina to move safely throughout the studio including tight and raised areas
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment involving music and large groups
  • Prolonged sitting at a desk and computer work
  • Reliable internet connection and technology for remote work
  • Quiet, professional, well-lit remote workspace when needed

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of full-time management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent management experience
  • Formal training in the arts preferred
  • Prior customer service experience in bar or restaurant settings
  • Experience teaching group art classes preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and similar technologies
  • Alcohol Safety/TIPS certification (training provided if needed)
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (training provided if needed)
  • Excellent sales, supervisory, and leadership skills
  • Thorough understanding of products and service offerings

Job Duties

  • Guarantee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the store
  • Lead and assist in painting sessions, providing clear artistic instruction
  • Ensure all preparations and tasks for special events are completed effectively
  • Oversee and participate in kitchen operations, maintaining food safety and quality
  • Drive sales through superior customer interactions and satisfaction focus
  • Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organize marketing collateral per guidelines
  • Participate in weekly business performance reviews with Regional Managers
  • Conduct monthly individual employee engagement sessions, providing feedback
  • Track and review employee performance and conduct annual reviews
  • Manage and update monthly staff schedules
  • Review and approve time-off requests ensuring adequate coverage
  • Verify and submit weekly team timecards for approval
  • Enforce compliance with safety, cash handling, and alcohol service policies
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Manage inventory counts, orders, and process weekly deliveries
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and report needs
  • Propose ideas for studio improvements to the Regional Manager
