Their operations emphasize sustainability, precision, and care, reflecting their passion for delivering only the best to customers and their beloved pets. This role includes full on-the-job training, making it accessible to candidates with varying levels of experience, although previous production or warehouse experience is preferred.

The Production Operative will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, preparing, weighing, and mixing raw ingredients according to production specifications, and packing finished products with accurate labelling and quality assurance. Maintaining clean and hygienic work areas, carrying out quality checks, and reporting issues to supervisors are also critical components of the role. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets while adhering strictly to all health and safety policies.

This role suits individuals who are physically fit and able to perform manual tasks within a chilled work environment. Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and a strong team spirit are essential to thrive in this role. The company values flexibility in shift work, offering opportunities to work both days and backs, catering to the needs of its operations and workforce.

Beyond competitive hourly pay, the company offers overtime opportunities, a supportive working environment, and clear pathways for long-term employment and career progression. The emphasis on quality and safety paired with the company's supportive culture ensures that employees are valued and have opportunities to grow within the business.
