Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for up to 12 hours in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in written and verbal English or Spanish
- Machine operator experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise

Job Duties
- Advocate for and follow Conagra's safety and quality programs at all times
- Communicate line concerns related to safety, efficiency, or product quality promptly to leads or supervisors
- Perform a variety of production tasks, including mixing or measuring dough, filling pans, baking, assembling, and packaging products
- Operate production equipment and machines, performing basic adjustments and maintenance as trained
- Rotate between multiple positions within the production team to support line efficiency and workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety, GMP, and OSHA requirements
