Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform cleanroom gowning and work in a cleanroom environment
- experience in operating semi-automated filling and labeling equipment is preferred
- capability to lift up to 35 pounds
- ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer
- strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- working knowledge of packaging equipment including syringe consumables, dispensers, scales, centrifuges, sealers, and labelers is a plus
- experience in laboratory production conditions and clean room is a plus
- knowledge of MRP and ERP systems is a plus
- ability to work collaboratively and accept direction
- possess initiative to make independent decisions
- multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- meticulous, precise, and high level of accuracy
- strong personal and professional integrity
Job Duties
- Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of semi-automated filling equipment used to fill syringe orders
- perform the job in a cleanroom environment requiring cleanroom gowning
- perform setup, operations, and troubleshooting of labeling equipment and semi-automated equipment used to fill syringes
- perform in-process sampling on the packaging line ensuring product quality adheres to approved specifications
- perform job responsibilities following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement and OEE initiatives
- perform other related duties as assigned
