Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- current BLS and First Aid certifications
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- good typing skills
- fluency in English and Cantonese
- ability to communicate effectively in person and via telephone
- must be detail oriented
- prior administrative experience preferred
- prior customer service experience preferred
- familiarity with healthcare environment is an asset

- proficiency in computer systems and business software including Microsoft Office
- detail oriented with good typing skills
- strong customer service skills and professionalism
- prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
- experience in medical or healthcare settings is a plus
- fluency in English and Cantonese
- ability to read and write English fluently
Job Duties
- Greets participants and visitors to the PACE center and ensures appropriate identification
- answers phone calls, provides general assistance, and transfers calls to relevant departments or individuals
- retrieves and responds to all voice and TTY messages
- assists with scheduling and tracking appointments and conducts appointment reminder calls
- receives and distributes incoming mail, processes inter-office and outgoing mail
- maintains schedules and processes for staff use of PACE resources such as meeting rooms and participant facilities
- assists with meeting scheduling, minutes, and logistics
- types correspondence, memos, and reports
- maintains inventory of office supplies and assists with ordering
- assists with running reports to support daily operations
- serves as a liaison between field workers and the center
- utilizes Epic software efficiently and serves as content and workflow expert for resolving issues
- performs other duties as required by supervisors
