We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Barback to become a vital part of our hospitality team. This role demands an individual who has a genuine passion for the hospitality industry paired with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to provide guests with exceptional service. The Restaurant Barback plays a crucial part in ensuring that the bar area operates smoothly and efficiently by maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and supporting the bar staff to deliver consistency and excellence to every guest. This position requires excellent communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
In this role, the Restaurant Barback will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere that aligns with the company’s standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the use of the point of sale (POS) system to coordinate effectively with the team and will also possess detailed knowledge of the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings. The role will entail supporting colleagues across various duties, ensuring safety compliance throughout the hotel, and participating in departmental meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.

Job Duties
- Be courteous and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with colleagues and other departments

- Follow the sequence of service for every guest
- Use the POS system correctly and strategically
- Stock and maintain bar area and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist coworkers as needed to ensure a great environment
- Execute additional duties assigned by management
- Maintain expert knowledge of all food and beverage aspects of the restaurant
- Maintain awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel
- Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings
