Bass Pro Shops is dedicated to offering an exceptional environment not only for its customers but also for its employees, promoting inclusivity, diversity, and a culture of respect and teamwork.

The Bartender role at Bass Pro Shops marks an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about mixology and exceptional guest service. This is a part-time, dynamic position focused on crafting high-quality beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, while providing an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The bartender is a pivotal player in creating memorable experiences by not just serving drinks but also by delivering outstanding customer interaction and making recommendations tailored to individual guest preferences. Efficiency and professionalism are essential, as the role demands operating in a fast-paced environment, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and cooperating seamlessly with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service operations.

The position involves not only beverage preparation but also inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels to minimize waste and ensure availability. The bartender will utilize point-of-sale systems to process payments accurately and uphold responsible alcohol service regulations, ensuring compliance with all company and legal standards. The role requires a cocktail enthusiast capable of multitasking, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, maintaining composure under pressure, and fostering a vibrant but professional bar atmosphere. Bass Pro Shops values team spirit and expects its bartenders to contribute positively to teamwork efforts and to support the overarching goals of delivering excellence in guest service. This role also includes regular physical activity such as standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting items up to 50 pounds, reflecting the hands-on nature of the job. What sets this position apart is the opportunity to work within a brand that is synonymous with outdoor adventure while developing one’s skills in hospitality and customer service.
