Job Duties
- Shuck oysters with speed, skill, and style
- Pour and serve beer, wine, and cocktails
- Engage with guests—answer questions, share menu knowledge, and keep the experience fun
- Keep the bar, raw bar, and service areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Support FOH and BOH teammates to make service run smoothly
- Handle payments and use the POS system accurately
