Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum five years culinary experience in related fields preferred
  • minimum two years in varied high volume and or fine dining environment with p and l responsibilities preferred
  • comprehensive food knowledge including basic knowledge of cost control menu planning training inventory control and sanitation
  • ability to obtain necessary work cards
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • oversee the performance and coordination of all work performed by team members assigned
  • pass on pertinent information to managers and team members
  • ensure proper service standards are used in all internal and external guest experiences
  • evaluate and oversee job performance for team members
  • set schedules and specific job duties while maintaining team members hours for proper staffing
  • work productively with direct supervisor and peers
  • engage and communicate with team members to elevate performance through coaching
