Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum five years culinary experience in related fields preferred
- minimum two years in varied high volume and or fine dining environment with p and l responsibilities preferred
- comprehensive food knowledge including basic knowledge of cost control menu planning training inventory control and sanitation
- ability to obtain necessary work cards
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- oversee the performance and coordination of all work performed by team members assigned
- pass on pertinent information to managers and team members
- ensure proper service standards are used in all internal and external guest experiences
- evaluate and oversee job performance for team members
- set schedules and specific job duties while maintaining team members hours for proper staffing
- work productively with direct supervisor and peers
- engage and communicate with team members to elevate performance through coaching
