Owner Operators with Sprinter Vans

As a Sprinter Van Owner Operator working with DriverReady, you will engage in high-volume delivery routes throughout multiple regions in the United States. We currently operate active and upcoming contracts across the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, South/Central, and Western states, including NJ, PA, NY, FL, GA, IL, TX, CA, and many more. Our platform also accommodates nationwide locations, inviting applicants from states outside these regions to apply by specifying their city and state for proper routing. This role is ideal for individuals who own Sprinter or cargo vans and are looking to partner with a reliable service that offers access to commercial insurance providers, discounted truck rentals, and a network of drivers and helpers to support operational needs.

The Owner Operator position is full-time and contract-based, with a competitive pay scale ranging from $1,400 to $2,800 or more per week depending on contracts and delivery volume. The role requires operational availability from Monday through Saturday to ensure continuous service. Drivers and helpers working within our operations undergo thorough background checks, drug testing, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) verification, abiding strictly by safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. This position demands candidates with experience in furniture delivery and customer service, who can comfortably lift up to 50 pounds and are proficient with installation tools. While driver and helper availability is mandatory, we also provide staffing support if you do not currently have helpers.
