Job Requirements
- valid commercial driver license (cdl) with a clean driving record
- proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of route planning and navigation techniques
- ability to operate various types of trucks including tractor-trailers and flatbeds
- excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- 6 months of recent verifiable experience or 3 years in the last 10 years
- truck must be port compliant
- all pages of the medical certificate

Job Duties
- operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- load and unload cargo safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of materials
- adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road
- maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage and fuel usage
- inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are in good working condition
- communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules
- plan routes efficiently to maximize delivery timeliness and fuel economy
