- Reliable transportation consisting of an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with employee listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the United States with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfort with working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old

- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and walking long distances
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities using a personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected materials to on-site trash compactors
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, and non-compliance photos
- Walk property and climb stairs while working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety protocols using company-provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Report any issues or non-compliance observed during service
