Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a physically demanding job is beneficial but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Must be willing to work evening shifts on a Sunday-Thursday schedule
- Ability to handle outdoor work in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with the candidate listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Ability to use smartphone and mobile apps proficiently
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Physically able to walk long distances and climb stairs frequently
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company's mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and provide service that keeps apartment communities welcoming
- Follow safety protocols and use provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
