Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet every guest with warm and friendly greeting
- Secure keys in locked podium/key box
- Verify ownership of vehicles - keys for claim check
- Be able to perform and stay organized under stress
- Maintain a high level of integrity in regards to guest's vehicles and personal possessions
- Report all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager
- Be able to anticipate guests needs
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
