Leisure Care is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their dedicated team during the weekend night shift, specifically on Saturday and Sunday from 11 PM to 7 AM. This pivotal front desk role is vital in presenting a friendly, professional atmosphere to all visitors and residents, functioning as both a primary point of contact and an administrative support hub for the community. The Receptionist will be tasked with managing various clerical responsibilities such as handling incoming calls, maintaining resident emergency data, monitoring logs and documentation, typing, filing, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and main entrance areas.

Ideal candidates will bring at least one year of experience in front desk reception or customer service roles, demonstrating exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to efficiently perform daily duties. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service or receptionist role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Availability to work weekend night shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 11 PM to 7 AM
  • Ability to maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment

Job Duties

  • Greets all visitors to the community
  • Answers and directs phone calls
  • Maintains resident emergency data summaries, phone logs, emergency procedures manual, resident sign-in/sign-out logs, guest sign-in books and other documentation
  • General typing and filing
  • Monitors electronic resident call box
  • Maintains cleanliness of front desk and main entrance
  • Monitors office supplies
