Job Duties
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests providing exceptional customer service
- handle all front desk-related activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-up, conducting facility tours, facilitating updates to member accounts, responding to member questions and concerns and escalating to management as necessary
- maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the club including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, equipment, and gym floor
- stock locker rooms with proper supplies
- report broken or missing amenities or equipment to management
- follow the Lost and Found policy and turn in lost property immediately to management
- perform other responsibilities as assigned by management
