Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one-year experience in luxury hotel valet service
- Valid California driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- At least one-year experience in a luxury hospitality setting as Valet Parking Attendant
- Strong hospitality and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests who arrive by private car and assist guests descending from cars
- Issue appropriate valet parking tickets to guests when Door Staff is unavailable
- Drive cars to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations and speed limits
- Assess any damage to vehicle and note on claim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked
- Deposit key and ticket with Valet Cashier
- Open hotel doors for guests and give verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars
- Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- accommodate special requests whenever possible
- resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries related to hotel services and events
