The current role available at Towne Park is for a Valet Parking Associate, stationed at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis. This position focuses on delivering high-quality hospitality services, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience when arriving or departing the facility. As a Valet Parking Associate, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles, assisting guests with luggage handling, providing directions and local information, and facilitating a welcoming atmosphere. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license for the relevant state or a commutable distance from the state of employment
- at least one month of related experience or a combination of education and experience
- knowledge of customer service principles
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to read and understand instructions and correspondence
- ability to perform basic math skills
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 pounds
- willingness to work overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license for the relevant state or a commutable distance from the state of employment
- at least one month of related experience or a combination of education and experience
- understanding of customer service principles
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to read and understand instructions and correspondence
- ability to perform basic math skills
- ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle (highly desirable)
