Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license for the relevant state or a commutable distance from the state of employment
- at least one month of related experience or a combination of education and experience
- knowledge of customer service principles
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to read and understand instructions and correspondence
- ability to perform basic math skills
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 pounds
- willingness to work overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to read and understand instructions and correspondence
- ability to perform basic math skills
- ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle (highly desirable)
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
- greet guests warmly and use their names during interactions
- welcome guests and practice excellent phone etiquette while remaining in designated areas when not engaged in tasks
- safely park and retrieve vehicles
- assist guests with luggage storage
- open doors for guests
- provide information about the facility and local attractions
- assist with directions, taxis, and reservations
- shuttle guests as needed
- explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
- manage claim checks
- maintain accurate documentation for all vehicles
