Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure and provide excellent customer service
- Park guest vehicles and retrieve valet-parked vehicles promptly and courteously
- Use claim tickets to ensure accurate delivery of vehicles to guests
- Lift and carry packages, luggage, or boxes up to 75 pounds from vehicles to designated areas
- Read luggage tags and issue claim tickets to maintain organization and accountability
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM Hotels EarthView program
- Adhere to safety standards by wearing protective equipment and complying with OSHA and MSDS regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
