Job Description

SP+, a Metropolis company, is a forward-thinking artificial intelligence firm revolutionizing real-world parking experiences through innovative computer vision technology. We are proud to be the largest parking network in America, employing over 23,000 dedicated professionals who support mobility services across more than 4,000 locations throughout North America and Europe. Our mission is to reinvent parking by eliminating the traditional hassles associated with parking such as dealing with tickets, machines, mobile apps, or credit cards. Instead, we provide seamless, checkout-free parking experiences where customers simply drive in and drive out, saving valuable time and enhancing convenience.

At SP+, we believe parking plays a vital role in everyday life—impacting millions of people at every turn. Our vision extends beyond parking as we aim to power checkout-free experiences wherever people live, work, and play. By doing so, we hope to give customers back their most precious commodity: time. Our team’s passion for innovation and service drives us to continually improve and deliver remarkable mobility solutions that transform daily experiences.

We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious Overnight Valet Drivers to join our team at the Loews Arlington location. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities during the overnight shift, with competitive compensation starting at $15 per hour plus tips. As an Overnight Valet Driver, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, delivering a warm and personable experience while ensuring the safety and efficient handling of our customers’ vehicles.

This role offers the chance to start or advance your career within a dynamic, diverse company committed to inclusion, innovation, and professional growth. Many of our team members began their careers as valets and have since grown into various leadership and operational roles within the company. As part of SP+, you will receive ongoing training through our SP+ University program and have access to a supportive work environment that values your success and well-being.

Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting vehicles carefully before parking, providing customers with clear information about valet services, adhering strictly to traffic laws and safe driving practices, and communicating effectively with both customers and management. Additionally, you will help uphold safety standards by reporting incidents or hazards and assisting management as needed. This position requires punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to a clean uniform policy throughout your shift.

At SP+, we are dedicated to supporting our employees with comprehensive benefits and career advancement opportunities. We offer a respectful and inclusive workplace culture that fosters personal development and recognizes the important role each employee plays in delivering exceptional service. Join SP+ to be part of a forward-looking company reshaping the parking industry and improving the everyday experiences of people across multiple continents.
