Job Description
Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Our commitment extends beyond providing a job; we offer a rewarding career where employees have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. Towne Park specializes in providing parking and hospitality services at various properties, including hotels and healthcare facilities, catering to millions of patients, visitors, and guests annually. We believe that by enhancing the customer experience, whether by easing the anxiety of patients and their families or creating memorable stays for travelers, we create smiles that signify the success of our mission.
As a Guest Service Associate at Towne Park, you will be a vital part of this mission. This role involves providing exceptional hospitality services by parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting guests with luggage when necessary, and offering friendly, professional interactions. This overnight position pays an hourly base wage of $16.92 plus tips, highlighting the value we place on quality service. Beyond the competitive pay, Towne Park offers employees access to benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan, based on eligibility criteria like job classification, length of employment, and hours worked.
The role of Guest Service Associate requires both technical skills and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for managing parking operations efficiently—issuing claim checks, completing ticket information accurately, calculating revenues, and ensuring guest vehicles are handled with utmost care. Your duties extend beyond vehicle parking, as you will assist guests by opening doors, providing directions, arranging taxis, and offering information about local amenities or attractions. Each interaction with guests provides an opportunity to reinforce Towne Park's commitment to exceptional service and create a welcoming environment.
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, safety, professionalism, and attention to detail are paramount. Towne Park equips its associates with the guidelines and tools necessary to perform routine duties, but each decision and interaction impacts the quality of service we deliver to our guests. The physical demands include frequent standing, walking, handling luggage, and even exerting strength to move items weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally, making physical fitness and stamina important for success in this role.
Working outdoors for extended periods exposes associates to varying weather conditions, which requires resilience and adaptability. Though the position is primarily overnight, it offers the rewarding experience of being an integral part of guests’ visits and stays, contributing directly to their satisfaction and the overall reputation of Towne Park. If you value providing welcoming, supportive service and enjoy working in an environment where your efforts directly brighten someone’s day, this role offers a unique and fulfilling opportunity.
Towne Park’s culture promotes teamwork, personal growth, and recognition, ensuring every team member feels valued and has the chance to develop their skills. We foster an environment where employees’ contributions are celebrated and where making a difference is not just a goal but a daily reality. Join our team and become part of a company that prioritizes impactful hospitality, exceptional service delivery, and community-focused values.
