Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the last three years
- Successful background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with hotel uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to use personal cell phone for work-related communication as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and key handling procedures
- Monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet station reflective of the hotel's high standards
- Accurately record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Arrive punctually, dressed in full uniform, and comply with all hotel policies and safety guidelines
- Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations
