Their dedication to creating seamless and memorable experiences for their guests is reflected in their attentive staff and well-organized operations. The company values employee growth, safety, and guest satisfaction, offering competitive compensation and benefits tailored to meet individual needs. Towne Park employs a diverse workforce and cultivates a work environment where respect, integrity, and collaboration are paramount.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is designed for candidates passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. This part-time position entails working overnight shifts, with an hourly pay starting at $16 plus tips — reflecting Towne Park’s dedication to fair compensation based on skills, experience, and location. Guest Service Associates serve as the first point of contact for guests and are tasked with delivering a friendly, attentive, and professional presence that elevates the guest’s overall experience.

In this role, the associate’s primary responsibility is to park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently while assisting guests with their luggage and other needs during arrivals and departures. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and courteous interactions with every guest. Key functions include greeting guests warmly within a short distance, using proper salutations and guest names to personalize the experience, and practicing excellent phone etiquette.

Associates are expected to operate vehicles carefully, adhering to driving and parking best practices, including the ability to perform parallel parking and potentially operate manual transmission vehicles. Additional duties include assisting guests with directions, reservations, and local information to provide valuable insights and convenience. Associates also issue claim checks, ensure accurate documentation for vehicle handling, and correctly process payments related to parking services.

Employees enjoy enrollment options in accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan based on eligibility. Towne Park emphasizes that temporary or seasonal workers are not eligible for certain benefits, ensuring that full-time and dedicated part-time employees receive ample support for their wellbeing and future. The dynamic and physically engaging nature of this role demands stamina, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and physical capacity to lift and move objects weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Overall, the Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park offers a rewarding opportunity to become part of a customer-centric team focused on hospitality excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy interacting with diverse guests, and take pride in maintaining operational standards and safety.
