Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
  • Flexibility and professionalism in dynamic environments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and key handling procedures
  • Monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet station reflective of the hotel’s high standards
  • Accurately record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Arrive punctually, dressed in full uniform, and comply with all hotel policies and safety guidelines
  • Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations
