The role of an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant at PMC is designed for individuals who thrive in a customer-centric environment during the late-night hours. The Overnight Valet Attendant is entrusted with the critical responsibility of safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while maintaining the security of the parking lot throughout the night. Acting as the overnight face of the associated hotel or venue, this position requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a keen eye for detail to foster a positive and welcoming experience for all guests who arrive or depart after regular hours.

As a full-time or part-time non-exempt team member, the Overnight Valet Attendant position rewards employees with an hourly base wage supplemented by tips based on service performance and customer engagement, reflecting PMC's pledge to pay transparency and fairness. Additionally, employees benefit from paid time off, paid training, tuition assistance through Bellevue University, nationwide employee discounts, and a military-friendly work environment.

This role demands a blend of physical stamina, safety consciousness, and exemplary guest interaction skills. Candidates must be able to manage physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds in varying weather conditions during evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. The attendant must maintain a professional appearance in uniform and uphold the high standards reflective of the hotels and venues PMC serves.

The Overnight Valet Attendant will perform detailed vehicle inspections to record any existing damage, adhere strictly to key handling and safety protocols, and maintain a clean, organized valet station. They are also expected to accurately record hours worked and gratuities collected, while effectively addressing guest inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. This role often requires quick thinking and adaptability to respond to unexpected situations while complying with all company policies and safety guidelines.

PMC values dependability and teamwork, encouraging all attendants to support their peers and assist in operational tasks beyond their core responsibilities to ensure smooth overnight parking operations. The company is committed to equal employment opportunity and ADA compliance, ensuring that all employees work in an inclusive and supportive environment. PMC's at-will employment policy allows flexibility for both the company and employee, with a 120-day introductory period to ensure a mutual fit.
