The position includes greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting with luggage, and managing vehicle parking and retrieval efficiently and safely. In addition to operational duties, the Overnight Valet Attendant acts as the overnight representative of the hotel, providing exemplary customer service that reflects the high standards of the hospitality industry. This role supports smooth overnight operations, including vehicle inspection and documentation, adherence to safety procedures, upkeep of the valet station, and precise record-keeping of hours and gratuities.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations within the past three years)
- Pass a background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to use communication tools such as phones and radios
- Capability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and key handling procedures
- Monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet station reflective of hotel standards
- Accurately record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
