Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- pass a background check
- evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds
- comply with uniform and grooming standards
- use communication tools such as phones and radios for work-related purposes

- basic vehicle handling and safety knowledge
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours
- conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets
- safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and key handling procedures
- monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet station reflective of the hotel’s high standards
- accurately record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies
- provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- arrive punctually, dressed in full uniform, and comply with all hotel policies and safety guidelines
- support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations
- help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
