Job Description

Towne Park is a prominent hospitality services company dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences through attentive and compassionate service. The company operates primarily in the parking and valet service sector, catering to millions of patients, visitors, and guests at various hotels, hospitals, and other facilities. Towne Park prides itself on its commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of everyone it serves by delivering reliable, friendly, and professional hospitality services. The company fosters a supportive work environment where employees can grow, develop their skills, and contribute to creating memorable experiences that generate smiles and satisfaction for guests and colleagues alike. Towne Park places high value on its team members, believing that the collective effort impacts not only the customers but also builds a rewarding career pathway for its employees.

The role of the Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is an essential part of delivering the company’s commitment to outstanding guest services. This position involves providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for from their arrival through their departure. The Guest Service Associate is specifically responsible for the parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, conducting these tasks promptly yet with meticulous safety measures. Additionally, assisting guests with luggage services, including delivery and pick up when applicable, is a key component of this role.

In this overnight position, the Guest Service Associate engages with guests through friendly greetings using proper etiquette, including addressing guests by their last names and utilizing a salutation of the day to make each interaction personable and professional. The role includes maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients at all times. The associate provides helpful guidance by assisting guests with directions, taxi services, reservations, and answering inquiries about the facility’s outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions.

Detail-oriented and responsible, the Guest Service Associate explains parking rates, handles vehicle claim checks accurately, and manages ticketing information to ensure seamless operation within the valet system. Calculating and collecting parking fees and issuing claim checks are part of the daily responsibilities, alongside ensuring vehicles are parked safely and correctly, sometimes requiring skills such as parallel parking and, preferably, the ability to operate manual transmissions.

Towne Park offers competitive compensation with an hourly base pay of $15.98 plus tips, reflecting the company's dedication to valuing its employees’ expertise and service. The company also provides a range of benefits to eligible employees, including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurances, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan. These benefits depend on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked, aimed at promoting the overall well-being and financial security of its workforce. The role requires physical endurance and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, handling tasks that demand lifting up to 100 pounds and long periods of standing or walking. Towne Park ensures reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform all essential job functions effectively.

Overall, the Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is not just a job, but a meaningful career opportunity to make a difference every day by creating smiles and delivering memorable hospitality experiences in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
