Towne Park’s dedication to quality hospitality has established it as a trusted name in the industry, combining professionalism with genuine care to ensure that each interaction leaves a lasting impression.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is a vital component of this mission. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and customer service, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to the comfort and satisfaction of guests. Responsibilities include handling payment collection, explaining parking procedures, and managing ticketing through claim checks accurately. This role is suited to individuals who enjoy a dynamic, customer-focused environment and take pride in providing thorough, respectful service.

Towne Park offers competitive compensation with hourly pay starting at $15, plus tips. The work schedule for this role primarily involves overnight shifts, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive during those hours. Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and participation in a 401(k) retirement savings plan, contingent upon meeting eligibility requirements based on job classification and tenure. However, seasonal and temporary roles are excluded from these benefits.

In addition to these rewards, the company promotes a supportive work environment where every team member has the authority to act within established guidelines and is supported through thorough training and clear protocols. The physical demands include activities such as walking, running, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, and operating vehicles, with safety as a top priority. Work is mostly conducted outdoors, exposing employees to various weather conditions, and reasonable accommodations are made for individuals with disabilities to ensure inclusivity and accessibility.

Joining Towne Park means becoming part of a team committed to making a difference through exceptional hospitality services. Employees have the unique opportunity to brighten someone’s day, make a lasting impact, and grow professionally within an established and respected company.
