Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
- pass a background check
- ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- capacity to maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform and grooming standards
- ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
- willingness to use personal cell phone for work-related communication with reimbursement per company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- prior customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- ability to provide outstanding guest service with courteous communication
- ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- flexibility and professionalism in dynamic environments
- capability to safely operate vehicles and handle keys
- adherence to safety protocols
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours
- conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets
- safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and key handling procedures
- monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet station reflective of the hotel's high standards
- accurately record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies
- provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
