Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
  • pass a background check
  • ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • capacity to maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform and grooming standards
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
  • willingness to use personal cell phone for work-related communication with reimbursement per company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • ability to provide outstanding guest service with courteous communication
  • ability to comply with company policies and procedures
  • flexibility and professionalism in dynamic environments
  • capability to safely operate vehicles and handle keys
  • adherence to safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours
  • conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and key handling procedures
  • monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns
  • maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet station reflective of the hotel's high standards
  • accurately record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies
  • provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
