The Overnight Valet Attendant role at PMC is a vital position responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and secure valet services during late-night hours. As the primary overnight representative of the hotel or respective property, this role demands professionalism, keen attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor to create positive and welcoming experiences for all guests arriving or departing after hours. Duties include safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, performing vehicle inspections to document any existing damage, and securing the parking areas throughout the shift to maintain safety and security standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
  • pass a background check
  • ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • capacity to maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform and grooming standards
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
  • willingness to use personal cell phone for work-related communication with reimbursement per company policy

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours
  • conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and key handling procedures
  • monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns
  • maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet station reflective of the hotel's high standards
  • accurately record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies
