The Overnight Valet Parking Attendant role at PMC represents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on delivering outstanding customer service during late-night hours. This position involves the responsibility of safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, all while maintaining vigilant security over the parking areas overnight. The position offers a combination of full-time and part-time schedules, classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, which means eligibility for overtime pay beyond 40 hours per week and compensation that meets or exceeds minimum wage requirements for your location. The compensation package includes an hourly base wage plus potential tips, which vary based on market and individual service performance.

Your duties will include greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage and vehicle needs, conducting thorough vehicle inspections, and adhering strictly to safety protocols during parking and retrieval. Additionally, maintaining a clean, organized valet station and ensuring punctuality while complying with all hotel policies and safety guidelines are key components of the role.   • prior customer service experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
  • pass a background check
  • ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
