Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations within the past three years)
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Compliance with company uniform and grooming standards
- Pass background check
- Ability to use personal cell phones for work communication
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Ability to perform duties safely and follow safety protocols

- Flexible to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and key handling procedures
- Monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night, responding quickly to guest requests and concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet station reflective of the hotel’s high standards
- Accurately record hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Arrive punctually, dressed in full uniform, and comply with all hotel policies and safety guidelines
- Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations
