We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Overnight Valet Attendants. This full-time or part-time, non-exempt hourly position offers a competitive base pay with potential tips, varying by market and depending on service performance and customer interactions. As an Overnight Valet Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service during late-night hours at various client properties, typically hotels and resorts.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and providing courteous assistance with their vehicles and luggage during overnight shifts. Your duties will include conducting thorough vehicle inspections to document any pre-existing conditions on claim tickets, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and maintaining high standards of safety and security in the parking area. You will act as the overnight representative of the hotel, ensuring a positive, welcoming experience for guests arriving or departing after hours. The position demands professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the hotel’s standards.
As an essential member of the overnight team, you will monitor the parking facilities vigilantly, respond promptly to guest requests, upkeep a clean and organized valet station, and accurately document work hours and gratuities in compliance with company policies. Reliability and punctuality are paramount; you must arrive in full uniform and be ready to operate under the hotel's safety guidelines. Additionally, you will support your fellow team members by assisting with additional tasks to ensure smooth overnight operations.
This position requires physical stamina, as you will be standing, walking, running short distances, and lifting up to 50 pounds intermittently. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain. The environment includes regular interaction with guests, team members, clients, and the use of communication devices such as radios and phones. Employees may also use their personal cell phones for work-related communication with reimbursement following company policy.
PMC emphasizes pay transparency and compliance with federal, state, and local wage and overtime laws, including eligibility for overtime pay. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package upon eligibility, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, a 401K plan, supplemental insurance options, bonus opportunities, paid time off, paid training, and tuition assistance up to $5,250 per year through Bellevue University. PMC is a military-friendly employer committed to equal employment opportunity and ADA compliance, providing reasonable accommodations to support all employees.
If you are a customer-focused individual committed to excellence, professionalism, and safety, and you thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment, this is a rewarding opportunity to join PMC’s dedicated overnight valet team, contributing to memorable guest experiences across the nation.
