As part of the PMC team, the Valet Parking Attendant is expected to manage various operational and customer service duties reliably and with high attention to detail. This includes conducting vehicle inspections and documenting condition upon arrival, handling traffic flow efficiently, and supporting other team members as needed. Candidates should bring a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the physical ability to work in various weather conditions while meeting the company’s uniform and grooming standards. Furthermore, the role requires dependable punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to all company and employment laws including safety and compliance regulations.

Joining PMC means becoming part of a company that values employee growth through paid training programs, tuition assistance (up to $5,250 per year via Bellevue University), and access to bonus opportunities. Health benefits like medical, vision, and dental insurance become available upon eligibility, alongside 401K plans and supplemental insurance options. PMC promotes inclusivity as an equal opportunity employer and is dedicated to accommodating employees with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The company’s open pay transparency and commitment to equitable wages further enhance the work environment.

This role is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, entitling employees to overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week.
