Job Requirements
- You must be 18 or older to apply
- Own a driver's license
- Pass an RMV background check
- Maintain uniform standards
- Maintain a professional and polite manner
- Adheres to attendance policy
- Ability to read write and verbally communicate in English
- Operates vehicles safely to minimize accidents
- Be cognizant of tracking keys and cars throughout the garage
- Maintain garage organization and cleanliness
- Sets the tone for the workplace by keeping an upbeat attitude
- Must be enthusiastic creating a positive environment
- Help facilitate transition at the end of shift
- Perform cleaning duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Entry level experience
- Proficient in English verbally and written
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and polite manner
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic about the job
Job Duties
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide courteous and professional service
- Open doors for customers and assist them with getting in and out of their vehicles
- Park customers' vehicles in designated parking areas ensuring they are parked safely and securely
- Retrieve vehicles promptly when customers are ready to leave
- Keep the parking area clean and tidy ensuring no trash or debris is on the ground
- Keep track of keys for all parked vehicles ensuring they are returned to the correct customer
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing any questions or concerns
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure vehicle safety
