Job Duties

  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide courteous and professional service
  • Open doors for customers and assist them with getting in and out of their vehicles
  • Park customers' vehicles in designated parking areas ensuring they are parked safely and securely
  • Retrieve vehicles promptly when customers are ready to leave
  • Keep the parking area clean and tidy ensuring no trash or debris is on the ground
  • Keep track of keys for all parked vehicles ensuring they are returned to the correct customer
  • Provide exceptional customer service addressing any questions or concerns
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure vehicle safety
