Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in valet or customer service preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Good physical health and ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and hotel staff
- Willingness to comply with Hyatt’s safety and service standards
Job Qualifications

- Welcome guests and create a positive first impression upon arrival
- Assist passengers during the loading and unloading of vehicles
- Safely and efficiently relocate guest automobiles to designated parking locations
- Communicate and coordinate precisely with hotel guest services
- Stay informed of daily hotel events affecting valet operations
- Follow safety protocols to protect guest vehicles and property
- Provide attentive and courteous service to enhance guest experience
