Bags is currently seeking Energetic and Outgoing Overnight Valet Attendants to join their parking team, a vital part of the company's commitment to exceptional customer service. This role involves providing a warm and professional greeting for guests entering or leaving the resort or property, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their service expectations. Valet Attendants at Bags are responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, as well as managing guest belongings efficiently, ensuring the utmost care and security. The job requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work overnight shifts, and a willingness to adhere to company appearance guidelines. Compensation for this role ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour, with additional opportunities to earn tips. Job Requirements
- Follow company appearance guidelines
- Uphold clients guest service guidelines and values
- Must be able to work PM shifts and weekends
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous and professional manner
- Clean driving record - motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Must be able and willing to work overnight/graveyard shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift
- Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations including stairs for duration of the entire scheduled shift
- Required to enter and exit vehicle of varying heights
